In 1985 I had a new home built on a ridge of property that was given to me by my mother.
As far as I know there was never another homestead in this particular spot. I do not know the history of the land however.
Soon after we moved into the house in May of 1987 I would be sitting in the house and there would be cold breeze go by me that was so unbelievably cold. It was like it was sub zero weather and it would be 80 degrees outside.
This would also happen in the dead of winter when all the doors and windows would be closed up and there would be a hot fire in the wood stove.
I have never been able to explain this. I do feel like there was something or someone there but what it was I have no idea. I moved out of the house in 1990 due to financial reasons and whatever it was did not follow me so it is something that has to do with that location. I think that whatever it was, was harmless but yet wanted to let me know that it was there. I never felt any kind of fear with this chilling cold.
